Machine for cutting titanium pipes

The LTC 6000 has been developed for cutting thin-walled titanium pipes of 6 meters long. The tubes are so light and delicate that they are loaded by hand. For each pipe diameter, a special insert is made for the chuck that clamps the pipe. A 6 meter long catcher is slid into the tube to evacuate gases and to protect the inside of the tube during cutting. The pieces are unloaded manually.
